Don't worry, it can take up to 24hrs for the RR1 to start cooling after being plugged in for the first time.
The RR1 has a built in safety feature to protect the compressor from damage after a power failure. It will not turn on right away and can take up to 24 hrs to start cooling when it is plugged in for the first time. If it still is not working after 24hrs please contact our service department who will be more than happy to assist you.
