Error, fault, and function codes help service technicians quickly diagnose issues with the refrigerator. A flashing error code will be displayed on the control panel when a failure has been detected.
Before calling service, sometimes disconnecting power to the refrigerator for 30 seconds will clear the fault, error or function code. Additionally your fridge may be equipped with a door open alarm or high temperature alarm. Please check your owners manual for steps on how to clear these alarms. If this does not clear the error code, please record the error code shown on the display and submit a service request.
